Refund & Return Policy

Our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. As each item is personalised and produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If validated, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

EU customers: To submit a return or cancellation request, please visit your account at https://shopify.com/72011022415/account. Please note that personalised products may be exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. We recommend contacting us before initiating a return request.

Lost orders: Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll arrange a replacement.
